Frequently asked questions

What clients ask most often

What about taxes on still wine?

Still wine has zero excise duty in the Czech Republic; only 21 % VAT applies. All our prices exclude VAT. We will gladly explain how to book a logo gift as a promotional item.

Does my logo need to be a vector file?

No. A JPG or PNG of 1000 px or more is enough. We will gladly prepare the vector — and if your logo does not allow it, we will tell you before printing, not after.

How much is a logo sticker?

One fixed price of CZK 375 up to 50 pieces; above 50 pieces CZK 8 each (4 cm diameter) or CZK 7 (3 cm). Just write your message in the order note.

What wines do you offer?

Wines from the Kosík winery in Tvrdonice — white, red, rosé and sparkling, from CZK 84 excl. VAT. You will also find wines awarded at tastings.

Can you deliver before Christmas?

Delivery takes 7 working days. In November and December we recommend ordering a few days earlier.

Will you keep our logo for next time?

Yes, we keep the artwork with your order, so you do not need to upload it again. We never use it elsewhere without your consent.

How do I pay?

By invoice, with a 50% deposit up front and the rest on handover. For first orders also cash on delivery.

Adults only

Wine, yes. But only from eighteen.

Before we let you browse the bottles, one small thing: please confirm that you are at least 18.

Alcohol may not be sold to minors.

Taste first.

Then order with confidence.

Taste before you decide

A difficult choice? We’ll send you the evidence.

Not sure which wine is the right one? Order samples and taste them at your leisure.

A fair warning: a sample is a small amount of wine with a surprisingly strong ability to trigger an order.

Sometimes a case.

Sometimes several cases.

And sometimes, quite innocently, someone starts talking about a pallet.
